Title: Understanding Gender Harmony

As people everywhere continue to make progress in line with human civilization, an emphasis on ‘comprehensive’ approach to health of families and social life takes the center stage in public discourse. It becomes clearer that the goal of equality is equal access, equal rights, equal opportunity, which culminates into harmony and peace in the society. Furthermore, the opportunity cost of less than balanced and fair empowerment of women is too high to each community, culture, and country. The alternative approach also breeds further conflicts as women around world continue to break traditional barriers of gender inequalities. The backlash is worrisome on both sides, and we must begin to consider what type of precedence gender conflict sets for societies and generations to come. Thus, we have decided to have candid discussions that involves both male and female panelists across international and cultural boundaries on how to integrate…

    Gender harmony is when the masculine and feminine work together, with each other’s strengths and see the value in the sum of all parts. Men and the masculine traits of competition, sure decisions, direct language can work very harmoniously with the feminine traits of collaboration, creativity, and empathy. Product and services are whole beings. Business environments thrive when the organism grows as a unit. The conversation needs to be had about gender equality vs. gender harmony. It’s time!
