New York, NY – On Thursday, August 29th, Presiding Officers of Corporate Responsibility Council on the Advancement of Women, consortium formed by collaborative entities under the umbrella of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council of the African Union (ECOSOC) have announced that they are hosting a parallel event at the United Nations in observance of the World Rural Women’s Day on October 15th, 2019. This official UN event is being sponsored by the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Sierra Leone to the United Nations and co-organized by the Global CSR Foundation and African Views Organization.
